Practice

As a prospective retail clerk (m/f), you will go through the various areas of our sales channels during your training. You learn exactly what needs to be done in a department. To name just a few examples, checking the flow of goods in and out, maintaining goods and distributing goods to our stores. The online presentation of our items, which involves presenting our goods as advantageously as possible, as well as the finishing of goods, where an affinity for technology would be helpful. Together with your superiors, you will also take care of organizational matters. But above all you have to do one thing: provide our customers with advice. At the headquarters in Issum, you will work through all departments and take responsibility for department management tasks, such as:

• Customer support
• Goods management
• Product presentation

Theory

You will also receive intensive theoretical preparation for the tasks: at vocational school, in individual training and possibly in additional training courses.

What requirements/interests should you bring with you?

You should have a secondary school leaving certificate or a higher school qualification and share our enthusiasm for the hobby of model railways. An enthusiasm for technology, basic office knowledge, initiative, communication skills and team orientation are also an advantage.
