Description
Prototype: Class 248 (Vectron Dual Mode) dual-mode locomotive of BUG Verkehrsbau SE, Berlin. From the Vectron product family from Siemens. Road number 248 024-2. The locomotive appears as it did in 2023.
Highlights:

- Numerous lighting functions can be switched digitally
- Digital decoder with extensive operating and sound functions
Model: Built-in digital decoder and sound generator for operation with mfx and DCC. Motor with flywheel, 4 axles powered, traction tires. Triple headlights and two red taillights change over with the direction of travel, work in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. The headlights on ends 2 and 1 can each be digitally turned off. If the headlights are off on both ends, the double A headlights work on both ends. The high-beam headlights can be controlled separately. The cab lighting can be digitally controlled. The lighting functions for shunting signs and wrong-way direction can be controlled digitally. Lighting is provided with maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs. Attachable brake hoses are included separately. Length over the buffers 124.8 mm.
