Prototype: French State Railways (SNCF) CC 6500 series. Co'Co' wheel arrangement, built from 1970 onwards. Use: This locomotive series hauled high-quality passenger trains, including the TEE "Aquitaine" from Paris-Austerlitz to Bordeaux-Saint-Jean.
