Prototype: German State Railroad (DR) steam locomotive with a steam tender, road number 44 9612-1 (type 1´E h3) with a type 2´2´ T 24 powdered coal tub tender. The locomotive looks as it did around 1974. Use: Heavy goods and passenger trains.

Built-in mfx DCC digital decoder and sound generator. The locomotive and tender are closely coupled. 2-light headlights, engine and driver's cab lighting made of warm white LEDs. Firebox flickering by means of processor-controlled light-emitting diodes (red-orange). 2-light front signal analog in operation. NEM coupler pocket at the end of the tender. to open the smokebox door.
