Prototype: Sulfuric acid tank cars, used on the German Railroad, Inc. (DB AG), privately owned cars painted and lettered for the firm Aretz GmbH & Co., Krefeld, Germany. The cars look as they currently do in real life.

Model: The cars have detailed, partially open frames. The side sills are represented as a "U" shape with beckets. The cars have Minden-Dorstfeld type trucks. They also have separately applied work platforms. The cars have separately applied brakeman's platforms. The cars have different car numbers. Total length over the buffers 320 mm / 12-5/8".
