Fire station extension, large vehicle hall from the "Fire Station 1963" building series - Model Railway Union article numbers N-H00177, N-H00178, N-H00179, N-H00180, N-H00181 (The buildings grayed out in the photo are not included in the delivery!)
This building complex, designed in 1963 and expanded and modernized in the 1990s, provides a versatile ensemble that can be used, for example, as a THW station, military vehicle hall, truck workshop, road maintenance depot, winter service base, bus depot, Red Cross accommodation, forwarding hall or ADAC vehicle station.
True to the original (and in the typical style of the 1960s), the doors in the main building are sufficiently large to accommodate fire engines from the early Era 3, up to around the Magirus corner-hooded models. As the vehicles became increasingly larger and taller in the 1970s and 1980s, it became necessary to add further vehicle bays with significantly larger roller doors. The modular concept of our model follows this history precisely and faithfully in every detail.
All individual modules can be flexibly combined and extended or expanded as desired. Our N-scale model of the fire station is consistently and precisely implemented in N scale (1:160) without compromise and manufactured using professional and precise laser-cutting technology from high-quality architectural cardstock. The kit includes two different versions of the roller doors: one in the open and one in the closed position.

The kits are made true to the original using the latest laser technology. The production takes place completely in Germany with Modellbahn Union / DM-Toys in Issum. All components are cut from cardboard or wood with high precision in different thicknesses and allow a quick setup. The surfaces of the buildings are laser-engraved. By this method, the surface is absolutely realistic both in color and in scale. The wall elements are partly toothed lasered and can easily be plugged together and glued. Attractive packaging and detailed construction instructions complete the new product line.
