The rail cleaning trolley is an unpainted kit, but with all the necessary parts (weight, kinematics, wheelsets, screws, nuts, magnet).
The car helps to ensure the operational safety of the model railroad layout. The built-in magnet collects loose, small magnetic parts around the tracks. The trolley can also be used to test protective gas contacts.
Due to the close coupling link with NEM 355 mount, any couplings according to NEM 357 can be used and the carriage can run in the train set.
The highly detailed, unpainted model was produced using the 3D printing process and can be processed and painted with standard tools and colors (e.g. with Revell Email or Revell Aqua Color).

Our accessories are manufactured on one of the most modern printers using the stereolithography process (SLA). Here, a light-curing plastic (resin) is cured by a laser in thin layers (standard layer thickness in the range 0.05-0.025 mm) and a very detailed model is created.
After the uncured resin has drained off, the model is removed from the platform, washed and fully cured in a cabinet under UV light. The accessories can be processed and painted with standard tools and colors.
