The latest locomotive at DB Cargo is the so-called "Diversity Vectron". The diversity of Germany's largest freight railway is now being demonstrated by the colorfully glued locomotive, which will soon be on the move throughout Germany. As part of the group initiative "Unique", DB Cargo also makes the diversity practiced visible in the company. The new word expresses what the DB employees bring in: different perspectives, values and skills, as well as numerous languages, identities, religions, mixed-age teams and now also women in supposedly male occupations.
