Since its launch in 2010, the Vectron from Siemens has been sold well over 500 times to 31 different customers in 17 countries, and further new variants are also being added this year. Like the prototype, the Hobbytrain model is always kept up to date. In our series - EDITION: ART PRINT we will also implement the sometimes extremely complex special paintwork of the prototypes in the model. The models of this edition are printed with the latest digital printing techniques and are in no way inferior to the models in the details. All models in this series are limited, one-off editions. The Swiss provider of combined transport Hupac has ordered eight Vectron MS freight locomotives from Siemens. The multi-system vehicles are intended for use on the Rhine-Alps corridor in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and the Netherlands (DACHINL). Deliveries began in early summer 2018.
