Description
In Switzerland, the SBB's double-decker express train carriages, which were purchased from 1997 onwards, are known as IC2000. These passenger carriages, which are approved for 200 kilometres per hour, were originally purchased in five types (Bt, B, BR, A, AD), although some of them may differ slightly from one another. In addition, various changes have been made since delivery, so that there are now seven different types. They differ from other European double-decker carriages mainly in the gangway on the upper deck.
