Passenger car set couchette BCM DSB Ep.V 3-piece

In 1982, the Danish State Railways (DSB) acquired 12 former Apfelpfeil couchette cars. These cars were classified as class Bcm. The couchette cars were rebuilt and modernized, receiving new furnishings with 11 compartments, each with six seats. In 1987, another 13 used couchette cars from Germany came to the DSB, which were also classified as class Bcm. Four of the cars were equipped with self-sufficient oil heating and were classified as class Bcm-o. The vehicles were also refurbished and equipped with 10 compartments, each with six seats, plus a service compartment. The cars were decommissioned by the DSB in 1997.

All cars have interior lighting and buffer storage. One car has tail lights.
