Description
The GAZ M-21 "Volga" (Russian: ??? ?-21 «?????», from 1965 GAZ-21 "Volga"), manufactured by the Soviet company GAZ in Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod), replaced the GAZ-M20 Pobeda in 1956 and was produced until 1970. It was the first car to bear the Volga brand name (Russian: «?????»). Some components were carried over from its predecessor. Several modifications followed, including the GAZ M-22 "Volga" station wagon. (Source: Wikipedia)
