Prototype: The design of the compartment cars dates back to the early days of the railroad. The type "pr 11 / pr 21" is one of the last built Prussian compartment cars with a skylight roof and at the same time the most built passenger car on German soil. The three or two-axle cars were available with and without a brakeman's cab. Some copies are still on display at museum railways today.
