Unpainted kit for a Mercedes-Benz short-hood truck
Series production of these vehicles began in 1959 and they were built until the 1990s.
With the introduction of the short-hood, the era of the long-hood with long noses and free-standing fenders came to an end. The name short-hood comes from the fact that the engine was partially integrated into the driver's cab, resulting in a short hood. The compact, rounded hood is a typical identifying feature of the Mercedes-Benz short-hood.
The kit reproduces a dump truck with a wheelbase of 22.5mm (original 3600mm).
The kit contains all 3D printed parts, some of which need to be cleaned up, colored and assembled. The kit also includes etched rear mirrors, an etched radiator grille and an etched rear bumper. The glazing of the driver's cabin is included in the kit in the form of a deep-drawn part.
This kit is aimed at experienced model builders/railroaders who are familiar with model kits made of 3D printed resin
Any decorative items shown (houses, figures, other objects) are not included in the scope of delivery!!!
