For the locomotives of the series 119, various versions of the external appearance were produced during their lifetime. In some cases, details of the locomotives were changed during the procurement, so that the individual series differed from each other (eg middle peak light above or in center of the locomotive under the windows). Further changes were made during their deployment. This meant that there was hardly a locomotive like the other in their working hours.
