Car set with two silo cars, type Uacns 932, from the Swiss Holcim/Wascosa.
- New company numbers
- With many attached plug-in parts, some in an openwork design
- Suitable for block trains
Along with pocket wagons for transporting truck trailers, silo wagons have been a common sight on Europe's railways for decades. Today, silo wagons are on the road for a wide variety of private companies and clients. Between 2005 and 2013, the Swiss company Josef Meyer from Rheinfelden built several Uacns 932 silo wagons. These freight wagons are primarily used in block trains. The advantage of the wagons is that they are easy to load and unload. The wagons often come directly from the producers of the goods to be transported. The Uacns 932 differs from customer to customer in small details: some variants have ladders and catwalks, others do not. In total, the four-axle tank cars hold around 70,000 liters and have a load limit of 70 tons. Your maximum permitted speed is 120 km/h.

Car set with two 4-axle dust silo cars, type Uacs, of the Ermewa.
- With many attached plug-in parts, some in an openwork design
- Suitable for block trains
The four-axle container wagons of the Uacs type are freight wagons for the transport of bulk and dusty goods. The wagons are subdivided depending on the goods they are transporting: While the Uacs-x are loaded with industrial goods, such as coal dust, the Uacs-y are used to transport food goods, such as soda or flour. The large originals have a special epoxy resin interior paint and a pneumatic loosening device. Both types, the Uacs-x and the Uacs-y, have the same basic structure with UIC bogies of type Y 25 Cs and a welded underframe. The wagons are filled via filling caps on the container roof, which can be reached via walkways. The wagons are emptied using a compressed air system.

This wagon is equipped with the transport protection device “lockable partitions” for the careful transport of highly sensitive goods of various types. In the case of transport protection devices, the wagon space can be divided into individual chambers. The wagons are used in different versions by DB Cargo, SBB Cargo, PKP Cargo, SNCF and FS. Some of the SBB carriages are particularly eye-catching due to full-page comic graffiti. The Hobbytrain model takes into account the design differences between the DB and the SBB version.
Model features:
– New design
– Consideration of design differences e.g. door mechanism, GPS antenna, etc.
– Attached etched parts, delicate handle bar
– Metal chassis with smooth-running axles
– Kinematics With NEM coupling mount
– LüP: 95.6 mm

The pre-Christmas period is Advent calendar time. Behind every door of the Christmas-themed piece of jewelry is one of the popular N miniature figures, which makes every model building scene so colorful and lively.
