Mechanical train destination indicators have been used since the 19th century. These were fold-out rectangular panels with destination information attached to a mast. The panels, which are not visible in the basic position, were folded out into the readable position with a pull rod for display. Because of this mechanism, these devices were also commonly referred to as jumping jacks (Q: Wikipedia)
The highly detailed, unpainted model was produced in the 3D printing process and can be processed and painted with standard tools and colors (eg with Revell Email or Revell Aqua Color). |

To secure loads of lying paper rolls, the trolleys are equipped with 24 pieces of quick-locking metal wedges, which are stored in storage compartments in each end wall when not in use. The base frame consists of long beams, head pieces and four closed boxes that connect the two long beams. In the head area, the floor was made of a checker plate. |

Steam locomotive class 50 of the DB (Deutschen Bundesbahn), epoch III.
Special: with cabin tender In true to the original livery and lettering. In-plane applied windows. Furnished driver's cab. Unobstructed view between boiler and chassis true to the original. Fully moveable Heusinger control. Brake shoes between the wheels. Metal die-cast chassis. Motor with flywheel. Drive on 8 wheels in the tender, four of them have traction tyres. Triple headlights on both ends of the locomotive. Locomotive-tender-close coupling. Automatic couplers on both ends of the locomotive. The variants of the Class 50 seem to be countless. The variant with four domes, running metal boards and skirt, Witte smoke deflectors and cab tender is particularly interesting. Typical for the epoch III locomotive is the partially aluminum-coloured lettering with DB-emblem.Until 1962, almost 800 Swiss tenders of the Class 50 (050) were fitted with a driver‘s cab to save cabooses. The cabin was placed in the middle of the tender, so the water box was extended to the rear beyond the buffer beams. Locomotive has no NEM plug, but we offer this loco also with decoder for DCC or Selectrix. We solder in the decoder manually. Of course 2 years warranty on loco and decoder are included. |

Product features:
- GG1 Pennsylvania Railroad Brunswick Green 5-Stripe - Without NEM interface, we also offer the locomotive including a digital decoder from Doehler & Haas in DCC or Selectrix! The GG1, one of the PRR's most famous and recognizable locomotives, is also one of the most curiously designed. Technically two locomotives under one shell (a "G" class locomotive is a 4-6-0 by PRR specification, therefore the GG1 was two "G" locomotives in a 4-6-0:0-6-4 arrangement). This added up to a 4.6k horsepower locomotive that was staggeringly powerful, even by today's standards. Designed in the 20's, built in 30's, and not retired until the 80's, the GG1 had an incredible lifespan (even when they were cut in two and run as GG½'s) and survives today as a testament to its time in both its unique Loewy-design and overwhelming performance.Amtrak and Penn Central: Thanks to the long life and usefulness of the GG1, many outlived the PRR, finding themselves in Penn Central - and later in their life, Amtrak - paint. These locomotives were used in everything from freight service to pulling Amtrak Passenger trains. |
