no: 210 550, labeled as a prototype version In order to use freight wagons in traffic to Great Britain wagons were needed that corresponded to the smaller british loading gauge, and in addition where capable of working with the UK braking system. The DB therefore acquired the new Gbtmks 66 (later Tcefs 845) in 1964. The wagons were built by company Gebr. Credé in Kassel. The wagons were usable for through ferry traffic and therefore avoided extensive re-loading at the ferry ports. The wagons had a length of 12,5m with a loading with of only 2,3m. Back in 1964 the wagons where already lettered corresponding to the rules of the upcoming Epoch IV. The wagons proved to be successful in service and were used up into Epoch V. Because of the international service the wagons showed a prominent, multilingual lettering. Two wagons are on exhibit today in the Bochum Dahlhausen railway museum. The Modellbahn Union N gauge models of the Tcefs 845 wagons in scale 1:160 features numerous details and printing, the side doors can be opened. Different lettering and colours based on time of usage are also being realised. All models feature close coupling mechanism and NEM coupler pockets. Standard N couplers in two different lengths are included. The models are equipped with finescale-wheelsets, standard wheelsets are optional available under the item number MU_N-X00001. The length over buffer is 78 mm per wagon. |

- Current consumption across all axes - 2 traction tires - Motor 3-pole with two flywheels - Interface NEM 662 / Next 18 - Alternating light white / red, can be switched off - LÜP 124.3 mm - etched side and roof grilles - equipped with ZIMO sound decoder The success story of Siemens Vectron continues unabated. Over 750 sold Vectron to 31 different customers in 17 countries speak for themselves. In addition to the successful electric locomotives, Siemens also presented a diesel variant of Vectron at Innotrans 2010. Like the Hobbytrain electric locomotive variant, the diesel locomotive is equipped with Next18 SST and space for a loudspeaker. The models are printed with the latest digital printing techniques and are in no way inferior to the models in the details. All models in this series are limited one-time editions. Due to the excellent detailing and processing (finely engineered, etched and separately used fan grilles, mirrored side windows, high beam digitally fade up and down, and much more), this unique N scale model is gaining in popularity. |

Thanks to the powerful diesel drive and the equipment for the use of the overhead contact line, you can react flexibly to the traction requirements at any time. In cities and metropolitan areas, the issue of environmental pollution is becoming increasingly important. The Vectron Dual Mode makes an important contribution to sustainable freight traffic. Because who drives electrically, where possible, reduces the emission of carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides and fine dust. Every year, local emissions can be reduced by 950 tonnes of CO2, 6 tonnes of nitric oxide and 37 kg of particulate matter compared to a pure diesel locomotive. |
