Balduinstein station is situated in the village with the same name on the Lahn railway and was build in 1857-1858. It was designed by Heinrich Velde who was responsible for several buildings along the Lahn line. Due to the wishes of duke Stefan Franz Viktor von Östereich, who wanted a representative station for his guest visiting the nearby Schaumburg, the station is quite large. Our model consists of 270 part and has several self-adhesive parts, 3D printed chimneys and lasercut gutters.

2 pcs. Freight wagons, type Uacns 932, Jura Cement / Wascosa, epoch VI.
Complete new construction (2018) with many attached plug-in parts, partly in openwork design. Block train suitable Prototype: Silo wagons are next to pocket wagons for transporting truck trailers for decades to the usual image on the rails of Europe. Silo wagons today are on the move for a wide variety of private companies or clients. In the years between 2005 and 2013, the Swiss company Josef Meyer from Rheinfelden built several pieces of the silo truck of the type Uacns 932. These freight wagons are mainly used in block trains. The advantage of the car is the simple loading or unloading. The cars often run directly from the producers of the goods to be transported. The Uacns 932 differs from buyer to buyer in small details: some variants have ladders and catwalks, others not. Overall, the four-axle tank wagons hold around 70,000 liters and have a load limit of 70 tonnes. Their maximum speed is 120 km / h. |
