The interlocking Reinheim is a faithful replica of the 1909 built signal box of the type "Jüdel". In 2007, the signal box was put out of service, since 2008, the signal box from the Association Museumsstellwerk Reinheim e. V. operated. In cooperation with the museum association, the model of this really beautiful classical signal box was created.
On the side of the association Museumsstellwerk Reinheim e. V. and on the side of the German Foundation for Monument Protection there is more information about the role model. The model railway Union converts this signal box precisely into the model in the scale 1: 160. Many details make this signal box a real eye-catcher on your system. The interlocking is ideal for the use of our interlocking equipment (MU_N-A00063). |

Behelfsstellwerke were mainly built in the post-war period in many places to replace destroyed interlocking. Wagons, wooden booths or corrugated iron booths were placed on remaining substructures and equipped with a lever mechanism. Some makeshift stands have survived to this day.
Our Spur N makeshift is a corrugated iron shed on a brick base. It is the first article of the new series makeshift railway constructions. In addition to the laser cut parts, the Lasercut kit contains a 3D printed power box, a connection for wire ropes or sheet metal ducts to the tensioning room and a chimney. Likewise, the engraved bottom plate is included in the kit. |

Heavyweight! The rubber bulldog from 1921 is a tractor that can pull a minimum load of 6 to 7 tons and covers a speed of 5 to 6 km per hour. From today's point of view, this is not exactly exhilarating, but it was a great novelty for the time. The rubber bulldog replaced two teams in continuous operation and was therefore much cheaper in its running costs. The advantages of the Bulldog such as: simplicity of construction, simplicity of operation, constant operational readiness and high operational reliability were used as sales arguments - arguments that corresponded to reality. The Bulldog was not only used for driving, but also as a driving force for machines in industry, trade and agriculture. It was mainly used in sawmills, timber shops, brickworks, coal shops, freight forwarders, breweries, construction companies and much more. The fuel consumption was 11/2 - 2 kg per hour, depending on the quality of the fuel, lubricating oil consumption was approx. 100 g per hour, the operational readiness within 2 - 3 minutes under full load. The super filigree model of the Bulldog impresses with its many small details and is a true work of art that should not be missing on any model railway layout. |

Our new range of backscenes will bring dimension and perspective to your model railway. We grew tired of seeing the same backscenes on model railways so set about developing our own range of scenes at an affordable price. Offering great value for money, we will be adding to this range over the coming months so your suggestions are welcomed on what to add next. Key benefits include a reasonable amount of foreground to allow realistic blending with countoured scenery, printing on 150gsm silk paper for durability and although different numbered backscenes are not completely compatible, unique scenes can be created with a clever use of scenic breaks. This LARGE backscene measures 2744 x 304mm (108 inches x 12 inches) and is primarily designed for use with OO and larger scales. (3 Equally sized Sections Per Pack) This classic British valley scene features falling landscape either side of a water meadow with rolling hills in the distance under a dramatic sky. This scene will certainly add atmosphere to your model railway.
