Very filigree Finescale lamp with realistic warm white LED.
The power supply is via 2 copper wires. With the enclosed diode and the resistor the lamp can be connected to a normal railway transformer (3-16 Volt). The lamp has a foot with a diameter of 3mm. This allows the resistor and the diode to be soldered before. To attach the lamp, simply drill a 3mm hole in the bottom plate, pass the wires through the hole and then insert the lamp into the hole. |

Very filigree Finescale lamp with realistic warm white LED.
The power supply is via 2 copper wires. With the enclosed diode and the resistor the lamp can be connected to a normal railway transformer (3-16 Volt). In the building wall, only a very small hole is drilled, which is completely covered by the lamp after installation and thus invisible. So that the holes that need to be drilled can only be very small, we have not soldered the resistor and the diode firmly. After installing the lamp, the resistor and diode are simply soldered to the enameled copper wire and then connected to the power source. |

These two buildings stem from the settlement Unterbruch in Willich-Schiefbahn. It is a elongated, reed tiled house – a former coaching inn from the 18th century and a barn.
The imperial Reichspost was established in the end of the 16th century. The transportation of the post was now under control of the emperor and as a paid service it could be used by anyone. In the coaching inn the stagecoaches and couriers did not only have the opportunity to take a break and rest, but they also could switch their wagons and horses. Post masters were individuals, from whom the post could rent animals and carriages on the basis of a contract. At night the cities often closed their town gates, in order to be better protected against attacks. That is why the coaching inns were situated outside of town, so the post could also be transported during the nighttime and the whole transportation process would be faster in total. Did you know that… … the people did not have telephones, internet or TV to exchange information in the past? They wrote letters, which were then transported by stage coaches through the whole country. But because they had to travel very long distances, they had to rest in between and even switch horses. This was done in buildings like this one. It is called a coaching inn, where the stage coaches could rest and enjoy the offers of an inn. |

The bowgame is a similar sport to skittles, bowling, or boules, for all of which a lot of skillfulness is required. The first records of the game. dated 1331, were found in the Belgian town Liège and it is still played today in the Lower-Rhine Region and parts of the Netherlands, which are close to the border. Today plastic balls are used, but in the past the people played with wooden balls. The balls are moved with wooden rackets across the clay floor towards a metal bow, which is called “Bügel” in German. This is why the game is called “Bügelspiel”.
Originally, the bowgame was an amusement for farmers. They usually played the game after threshing the grains on the floor of the farm. In the 18th and 19th century the game alley became part of many rural inns, but after the Second World War skittles became more popular and replaced the traditional bowgame. Did you know that… …on the place in front of you can see a very old game, which is still quite popular today? It is a game of skill, which is only played in a few regions of Germany. It is a bit similar to skittles or bowling, but one does not knock over pins. The balls have to be moved with a wooden racket through a metal bow, which is called “Bügel” in German. This is why the game is called “Bügelspiel”. |

MODEL DETAILS: Clear view through the passenger compartment Model lighting Three-point mounting Improved power consumption via wheel grinder New current carrying coupling Light can be switched off between car units (analog and digital) Interior lighting and interior furnishings installed Interface Next18 INFORMATION ON THE MODEL 1957 produced the VEB Waggonbau Bautzen the first model of the later well-known rail bus. During the 60s, he developed into the controversial number 1 on secondary lines of the German Reichsbahn. Thousands of people commuted home from work every day - using the "piglet tax". In 1959 Waggonbau Bautzen presented a second test vehicle. The rail bus now had 180 hp, a twice as powerful diesel engine as the first prototype. The variant VT 2.09.1, which was realized in 1965/69, differed mainly by the multiple control of the basic model. Now two machines could be driven from a driver's cab. New engine and new transmission Digital versions: Decoder and loudspeaker in the towing vehicle |

The SD70ACe is the latest in the line of EMD's "70" locomotives, an evolution of the SD70MAC, although its radiator design harkens more to that of the SD80/90 body. The SD70ACe has been designed to fit the latest EPA standards and regulations, and sports 4300 horsepower.
In 2012, to celebrate its 30th anniversary, Norfolk Southern painted a total of 20 locomotives (10 SD70ACe’s) into commemorative schemes that honoured the railroads that had merged over the years to form modern day NS. The Penn Central was a merging of the Pennsylvania Railroad and the New York Central (with New Haven being joined in late in its lifespan) – and during its short lifespan was influential in laying the groundwork for both Amtrak and Conrail. Model Features: Special "Isolated cab" tooling with Norfolk Southern accurate nose and roof detailing. Vibrant "heritage series" paint job. Powerful Kato mechanism powered by a 5-pole flywheel motor and featuring a 9 3/4" minimum turning radius. Directional Headlight and illuminated, preprinted numberboards. Illuminated ditch lights. DCC Friendly mechanism ready for drop-in decoder installation. Locomotive Details: Class: SD70ACe Railroad: NS (Norfolk & Southern) Penn Central Livery: Black / White Road Number: 1073 Wheel Configuration: Co-Co Specifications: Decoder: Drop In Decoder Required Sound: Use MRC1960 Couplings: Knuckle |

These vehicles were developed in the late 1950s as a service vehicle for superstructure inspectors and Bahnmeistereien. The production began around 1950 in the research and development work of the DR in Blankenburg (Harz). The switchyard Kirchmöser continued this later. The body is made of aluminum. The engine used was the engine, transmission and axles of the Trabant P50, built at the same time. They offered space for 3 people. Later, hydraulic turning devices were retrofitted. The photo shows what can be created from the kit. |

So Coop did not have to do without chilled goods
The giant Coop has long been part of the German trade history of the post-war years. Once the big grocer from next door drove the gray trucks with the blue brand logo reliably through the country. WIKING recalls the great era of Coop with this 1960s team, whose logo disappeared in this striking 2004 appearance. Tractor with sky blue cab. Chassis black-gray. Glazing transparent. Semi-trailer with light-gray container and silver-gray aggregate on the container roof. Black-gray chassis of the trailer with support rollers and fenders. Cab front with Magirus logo and silvered grille strip. Side coop logo. Front headlights silvered by hand. |
