Motor and control car set VT with FlexDec VB with function decoder The model is complete with all add-on parts for driving. It is equipped with interior lighting and directional headlights and taillights. The sidecar has no headlights, as is the case in the prototype! 2 brake hose carriers are included to complete the vehicles as individual showcase models. Also included are two standard coupling shafts in case the sidecar is to be moved.
The role model Standard branch line railcar type CPwVT-34 – VT 135: The two-axle standard branch line railcars VT 135 061 to 132 were developed in the mid-1930s by the Deutsche Reichsbahn-Gesellschaft. In the years 1937 to 1938, 64 units were delivered to the DRG. Further construction was not carried out in favor of four-axle railcars and the outbreak of the Second World War. Despite significant wartime losses, several railcars survived. After 1945, 32 units came to the DB, now designated as VT 70.9. Five vehicles came to the CSD. Four operational VT were designated M 140 301-304. 10 pieces came to the DR in the GDR. It was used in Saxony, Mecklenburg and the Altmark. In 1970, 6 units received the new company numbers 186 004 - 007, 258 and 259. The vehicles were phased out in the mid-1970s. Railcar 186 258-0 has been preserved as a museum vehicle in depot Halle P. In terms of coloring and lettering, the model corresponds to the VT 70 943 of the DB Era III. The sidecar: A total of 70 CPostv-36 vehicles were built by the Talbot company in 1937 and 1938. At the DRG they were given the numbers VB 140 260 to 329. The vehicles were mainly used with the VT 135 061 to 132, as they were very similar to them on the outside. After 1945, 30 VB were put back into operation by the DB. After 1945, the vehicles VB 140 260, 262, 263, 264, 307 and 312 were added to the DR stock. Two vehicles were in service with the DR until 1977 and were given the operating numbers 190 818 and 190 820. The former VB 140 260 is preserved as 190 118 in a museum.

´Lyddle End´ - a place where life goes on, regardless of the outside world. Undoubtedly inspired by the well received ´00´ equivalent ´Skaledale´, these first in a new ´N´ gauge buildings range bring a much needed realism to the small world of 9mm model railways. Each building is produced in high density poly resin and can easily, if not eagerly, be incorporated into any UK modelled railway layout. |
Yours sincerely
Daniel Mrugalski
