New Modellbahn Union switch decoders

We have developed affordable and powerful DCC switch decoders under Modellbahn Union. The WD8 and WD8K turnout decoders are reliable, affordable, and easy-to-use DCC digital decoders.

The WD8 decoder is suitable for Minitrix, Fleischmann, Märklin, and Arnold double-coil turnout motors, while the WD8K model was developed for Kato Unitrack turnouts. Addressing the decoder is convenient at the touch of a button. Complicated CV programming is not required. The outputs are assigned continuously starting from the freely selectable start address. The cumbersome division into blocks of four is eliminated thanks to linear addressing. The decoder outputs are protected against overload and overvoltage.

• Double-coil turnout motors: Compatible with Arnold, Fleischmann, Minitrix, and Roco
• Double-pole turnout motors: Suitable for Kato, Tomix, Rokuhan, and Conrad
