Terms of Participation
To mark DM-Toys' 22nd anniversary, we are raffling off a total of 22 vouchers, each worth €22.00, among all eligible orders placed on August 23, 2026.

2. Promotion Period and Participation
The promotion takes place exclusively on August 23, 2026, from 00:00 to 23:59.
All eligible orders received by DM-Toys within this period are automatically entered into the raffle.
The time of order receipt in the online shop is the deciding factor.
3. Eligibility
Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Every eligible order is entered into the prize draw. Multiple orders placed by the same person are taken into account multiple times accordingly.
4. Prize and Draw
After the promotional period ends, 22 winners will be selected at random from all eligible orders.
Each winner will receive a DM-Toys voucher worth €22.00.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of the order.
Cash payment, transfer, or exchange of the prize for another prize is excluded.
5. Voucher Terms and Conditions
DM-Toys' general voucher terms and conditions apply to the redemption of the vouchers.
Statutory rights regarding orders placed during the promotion remain unaffected by the prize draw.
6. Exclusion from Participation
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the draw in the event of manipulation, attempted fraud, or other forms of abuse regarding the promotion.
7. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the ordering process will be processed to fulfill the order and, where necessary, to conduct the prize draw and notify the winners.

8. Miscellaneous
Should the conduct of the promotion be significantly impaired or rendered impossible for legal, technical, or other reasons beyond the organizer's control, the organizer reserves the right to modify or prematurely terminate the promotion.
Recourse to the courts regarding the conduct of the prize draw is excluded.
