This kits contains 2 brass photoetch coaches, dummy cable rollers, dummy water filler, motorizing unit which controls the running speed of the coaches, the speed at which the coaches decelerate after pulsing the first reed switch at approach of station stop. It also controls the time delay the coach stops for before returning, gearbox and motor unit (12 volts), 4 reed switches and 2 magnets
Just requires n scale track, suitable station building, 12 volt power supply, paint glue and transfers to complete.
Unpainted Kit
The lower station is made from A52 Surburban Station Building with an adapted roofline to allow the coaches to run into the station. Normally just sheds or the like would be at the top. This unit allows selection of coach running speed and graduated slow down to approaching station speed (also adjustable) and then on the final reed, coach stop. Adjustable time delay, then the coaches reverse direction and slowly accelerate to full speed and the cycle repeats.
